Our Kuleana
Our Motto
One 'Ohana Sharing Aloha
Our Vision
To Spread Aloha Around the World
Our Mission
To share the cultures, diversity and spirit of Polynesia in a unique and uplifting way that blesses and inspires all who visit, while contributing to the educational development and growth of all employees.
We exemplify the Spirit of Aloha by living the values taught by Jesus Christ, as reflected in our cultural beliefs R.E.W.A.T.C.H.
Every PCC employee is given opportunities to engage, develop and grow based on their desire, performance and tenure.
Each guest experiences the very best of Aloha, 'Ohana, Polynesian culture, entertainment, food and fun.
We achieve excellence by making small, measurable improvements day-in, day-out.
Our Dining Venues
Our department operates two premier dining venues, each offering a distinct and memorable taste of Polynesia.
An Authentic Polynesian Luau Experience
The Ali'i Luau is our signature evening dining event, featuring traditional Polynesian cuisine, cultural performances, and warm island hospitality. Every detail — from the food to the atmosphere — is crafted to transport guests into the heart of the Pacific.
An Expansive Polynesian Buffet
The Gateway Buffet offers guests a wide variety of hot and cold Polynesian and American dishes throughout morning and afternoon service. A welcoming, high-energy venue with a focus on excellent food presentation and guest satisfaction.
Our Standards
Our team upholds the highest standards across every aspect of the dining experience — from how we look to how we serve.
Our team presents a polished, culturally appropriate appearance at all times. Uniform standards, dress and grooming guidelines for both Wahine and Kāne are outlined to ensure a consistent and respectful representation of the PCC brand.
We foster a respectful, collaborative, and professional work environment. Our etiquette guidelines support positive relationships with guests and teammates alike, reflecting the Aloha spirit in everything we do.
The health and safety of our guests and team is our top priority. We follow strict food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene protocols to maintain the highest level of quality and care in every service.
Dependability is a cornerstone of our team. We use UKG workforce management tools and clear scheduling policies to ensure every shift is covered and our guests experience seamless, uninterrupted service.
Clear, documented procedures guide every operational role — from setup to service to closing. Our SOPs ensure consistency, accountability, and a high-quality experience for every guest who dines with us.
We invest in the professional growth of every team member. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, our department empowers employees to build skills that last a lifetime.
